1- Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “the Company”, “Drive Deelz”, or “DriveDeelz” refer to Drivedeelz.com, including its branches, employees, or agents.
“Our Website” (or “the Website”) refers to Drivedeelz.com.
“Client” refers to the seller or buyer (whether an individual or a dealer) who uses our website or the services available on it.
“Buyer” or “Buyers” refers to individual or company buyers interested in purchasing a car listed on drivedeelz.com.
“Seller” or “Sellers” refers to individual sellers and/or car dealers who list their vehicles on drivedeelz.com.
“Private Seller” refers to a user utilizing Drivedeelz services to find a buyer and facilitate a sale for a fee.
“Dealer” refers to a user who uses the “Car Dealer Interface” to list vehicles for sale in exchange for “Sales Leads.”
“Car Dealer Interface” may include some or all of the following:
1. Sales listing service to showcase and manage available vehicles.
2. Content management service to handle purchase requests and monitor traffic.
3. Dealer cars being featured in marketing materials including, but not limited to, app notifications, emails, messages, or social media campaigns.
“Advertising Agreement” refers to the signed contract and terms and conditions of our website that grant dealers access to the Car Dealer Interface.
“Lead” refers to the name and phone number of a potential buyer interested in a specific car listed on our website.

The following terms and conditions apply to users of Drivedeelz.com services

Definitions

“Website”: Refers to the Drive Deelz online platform.

“Company” or “We”: Refers to the entity that owns and operates Drive Deelz.

“User”: Any individual using the website, whether as a buyer or seller.

“Seller”: A user who lists a car for sale.

“Buyer”: A user who searches for and purchases cars through the website.

“Paid Services”: Any service on the site that requires a financial payment to be rendered.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site. Continued use after any modifications constitutes express acceptance of those changes.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the site only for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms.
It is prohibited to use the site to publish or distribute unlawful, abusive, misleading content, or anything that infringes on the rights of others.
Spam and unauthorized data collection are strictly forbidden.
Drive Deelz reserves the right to report any serious violations to the relevant authorities.
4. Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Drive Deelz reserves the right to refuse or terminate any account at its sole discretion without justification.
5. Listings and Content
The seller is solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided in their listing.
Users grant Drive Deelz a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and promote listing content for marketing purposes.
Sellers are required to fully disclose the vehicle’s condition and any known defects.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the website and its content are reserved by Drive Deelz.
No part of the site may be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
All trademarks and logos displayed are the property of their respective owners.
Use of the website is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The website operates solely as a marketplace and does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the quality or condition of listed vehicles.
Drive Deelz is not a party to any agreement between seller and buyer.
We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Paid Services
Some services may involve clearly stated fees prior to purchase.
Prices may or may not include applicable taxes, depending on local laws.
Fees are non-refundable except as stated in the site’s refund policy.
9. Modifications to Terms
Drive Deelz reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
Users will be notified of changes via the website or email.
Changes take effect once published on the site.
10. Service or Account Termination
Drive Deelz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s account or service at any time due to a breach of terms, or for administrative or business reasons.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
If any provision is deemed unlawful, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.
12. Privacy Policy
In addition to these terms, site usage is subject to the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Data is collected and used in accordance with that policy.
13. Disclaimer and No Warranty
The website and its services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from site use.
14. Force Majeure
Drive Deelz is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
15. Communication and Notices
All notices and communications will be delivered via the email registered in the account or through on-site notifications.
2. Scope of Service:
drivedeelz.com is a website owned and operated by DriveDeelz, based in Dubai, UAE.
Sellers can utilize DriveDeelz services to assist them in selling their vehicles. DriveDeelz offers individual sellers a service to find buyers and facilitate the sales process. We also provide car dealers with advertising services based on “purchase requests” via the dealer dashboard or ad spaces on the website. Services are not limited to private sellers or car dealers and may also include third-party sellers.
DriveDeelz’s Privacy Policy is available [here] and applies to all users and parties dealing with DriveDeelz.
All vehicles listed on our platform are owned by third parties who use our services to help sell their cars. Accordingly, we are not responsible for the vehicle details, ownership, current or future condition of the vehicle, its features, any previous or post-sale accidents, or any material losses arising for any reason during the ownership transfer process

3. Rights & Obligations of Individual Sellers:

Service fees must be paid in advance for services that require them and are subject to VAT. We are only obligated to provide services once full payment has been received. These services include listing the vehicle on our site and affiliated platforms for three months and offering consultation services for ownership transfer in accordance with UAE laws, during DriveDeelz official working hours.

Registered sellers have the right to refuse a test drive request. If they allow a potential buyer or any third party to drive the car, the vehicle remains the seller’s responsibility, and we assume no liability for any consequences arising from such interaction.

The car’s price must be fair or reasonably set to facilitate a smooth and fast sale.
The advertising fees paid to us by the seller are:

Non-refundable if the seller sells the car independently during the advertising period.
Non-refundable if the seller changes their mind about selling the car.
Non-refundable if the sale or ownership transfer does not occur due to the car’s condition.

The car listing will automatically expire after the advertising period ends

4. Rights & Obligations of the Buyer:

When a buyer wishes to purchase a vehicle through our site or affiliated platforms, they must communicate respectfully with sellers, adhere to UAE car buying and selling policies, and engage honestly and professionally with the seller or their authorized representative. Communication must be done appropriately and during suitable hours.

If the buyer wishes to use DriveDeelz services to facilitate the purchase process, they must prepay for the required service—whether it’s on-site inspection at the seller’s location or assistance with insurance and ownership transfer. Service fees are non-refundable if the buyer changes their mind after requesting the service from DriveDeelz

5. Vehicle Inspection by DriveDeelz:

Upon request by the seller or buyer, we may assign a DriveDeelz expert to inspect the vehicle at its location and provide a professional opinion regarding its condition on the date of inspection. This inspection does not guarantee the condition of the vehicle in any way.

We acknowledge that the vehicle’s condition or features may change after the inspection, and we are not obliged to update our findings or accept responsibility for such changes.

We also provide guidance for vehicle insurance, ownership transfer, and financing. These are based on our professional opinion and are not legal obligations, and we are not liable for any outcomes resulting from this guidance

6. Dealer Obligations:

The signed advertising invoice by the dealer indicates their agreement to the terms and conditions. Any reference to “months” in the contract or on our platform or advertising material refers to thirty (30) calendar days.

Car dealers must:

Advertise only vehicles currently available for purchase within the UAE or permitted countries based on the seller’s subscription.
Mark the vehicle as “Sold” within 24 hours of entering a sale contract, and accept any purchase requests during that period.
Ensure all data entered into the dealer dashboard is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate any legal, copyright, or intellectual property rights. Otherwise, we reserve the right to take legal or disciplinary action.
Not reference us or our website in any documents (including promotional materials) or other websites without our prior written consent.
Comply with all e-commerce and regulatory laws.
Abide by all applicable legal standards while using the dealer dashboard.

Dealers must also ensure:

All data and material submitted via the dashboard pertain only to a specific vehicle.
Each vehicle’s data is provided solely by the dealer (including affiliated showrooms or the agent).
Any material other than the vehicle details must receive written approval from us.
No authorized user breaches the terms while using the dashboard.
No promotional materials reference us without prior written approval.

The dealer acknowledges:

They have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
They are authorized to submit and manage vehicle data and represent the vehicle owners.
By using the dashboard, they grant DriveDeelz full and unrestricted rights to use submitted data and materials for any purpose.
We reserve the right to monitor and control the data input into the dashboard.
We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of dealer-submitted information.
Dealers are responsible for updating vehicle listings to meet the image standards of DriveDeelz. We reserve the right to take action on any inappropriate images.
Technical issues may impact access to some/all vehicle data.
Dealers are responsible for their internet and connection costs, regardless of who arranged the connection.
Dealers are responsible for the safety and security of their data.
Data transmission over the internet may be delayed or disrupted.
We may contact the dealer to ensure optimal service usage. Communication may be via email, SMS, MMS, or other digital channels unless the dealer opts out

7. Dealer Contract Duration, Suspension, or Termination:

termination date. We may cancel the contract at any time with written notice at least 7 days in advance. The dealer can continue using the dashboard until the termination date and will remain liable for all applicable fees.

Without limiting our legal rights, we may immediately suspend access to the dashboard, temporarily remove car listings, or terminate the contract if:

The dealer fails to pay any dues.
The dealer violates any terms or does not rectify issues within 7 days of being notified.
The dealer provides false or misleading information.
The dealer becomes bankrupt, insolvent, or enters liquidation.

The dealer dies, dissolves their company, or the company’s license expires.

8. Secure Payment:

If secure payment is selected, the buyer and seller agree to the following:

They authorize DriveDeelz to act as an intermediary to receive, hold, and release funds. DriveDeelz accepts this authorization.
Held funds by DriveDeelz will not earn interest or profit for either party.
The seller agrees to pay advertising fees via DriveDeelz’s online payment gateway.
Both parties must use secure and verified bank cards registered in their name.
DriveDeelz may use provided documents for processing but does not verify their authenticity.
All parties agree to comply with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing laws and regulations in the UAE

9- Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations:

These policies apply to all transactions through www.drivedeelz.com and affiliated domains such as www.drivedeelz.ae, www.drivedeelz.net, www.drivedeelz.co, www.drivedeelz.info, www.drivedeelz.app, but not to offline or third-party transactions.

Online Payment: We accept payments in AED using Visa and MasterCard. Payment details are securely transmitted to our payment service provider. Cardholders must retain transaction receipts. Split payments will appear as separate entries in your bank statement.
Payment Confirmation: A confirmation message will be sent via email and/or app notification once payment is verified.
Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, our services are non-refundable once payment confirmation is issued. If applicable, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–45 days, depending on the card issuer.
Cancellations/No-Show:
- Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- No refund if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before but before our agent arrives.
- No refund if the client cancels after the appointment time or fails to show up.
- Car sale/purchase transaction cancellations are also non-refundable

10. Dealer Fees & Payment Methods:

Full payment or post-dated cheques must be provided before activating the advertising agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Dealer dashboard access will only be granted after full payment via cash, cheque, online payment, or other agreed methods.

The dealer is liable for all contract-related fees from the start date. The pricing and package details are outlined in the agreement. We reserve the right to amend package contents or fees at any time, with prior notice

11. Dealer Refund Policy:

The dealer agrees that no refunds are applicable for any services already rendered.

12 Liability & Indemnity:

DriveDeelz disclaims liability for incidents resulting from reliance on site information. Although content is regularly updated, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

DriveDeelz is not responsible for external content accessed via links or advertisements and does not endorse third-party services or products.

To the extent permitted under UAE law, we:

Exclude all implied warranties and conditions.
Exclude indirect or consequential losses (including financial loss or lost profits).
Limit our liability to the amount you paid under these terms for re-performing the service.

In the case of financial fraud or dispute, the client must inform their bank, and all bank-related fees are the client’s responsibility.

We are not liable under these terms in the event of:

Any breach by the client.
Any delay or failure due to uncontrollable events (excluding site outages or virus attacks).

You agree to indemnify DriveDeelz, its staff, and representatives from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal costs) resulting from third-party claims based on data you provided

13. OFAC Sanctions:

DriveDeelz does not offer services or products to countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in line with UAE laws.

14. General:

We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Posting the updated version on our website will serve as written notice.

Any delay in enforcing any part of these terms does not waive our rights. Notice of changes may be sent via email or postal mail to your last known address.

You should not sign these terms without written authorization. These terms (along with any documents we identify as such) constitute the full agreement and supersede any previous contracts.

The UAE is our jurisdiction, and any legal matters related to our platform will be governed by UAE law. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to register, make financial transactions, or use the website
